Or maybe I'm not using it correctly?
I chose awareness as my perk at level 18, but when I click on an enemy and choose the binoculars... it just does what it always did before. I get a very simple description of their health, like "wounded" and that’s it, in the bottom left text screen. If I'm not using this correctly, then I have no idea what I'm doing wrong...
I looked this up on Wiki:
Awareness - "Examining a target shows hitpoints, weapon and ammunition count"
I can't figure out how to get the game to do that....
Can someone PLEASE help me out? I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong for several days now.
