The purchase of escape goat 2 comes with a Prototype Soundtrack and this confuses me no end. Will it get upgraded to a soundtrack at any point?

The soundtrack is being sold separately, so no, it won't be added as a part of our free bonus content pack.
The Prototype Soundtrack consists of musical sketches and prototype songs, and it has been provided by Ian Stocker for the GOG users exclusively, so that you can get a sneak peek behind the scenes :)

Is a very nice soundtrack and worth the money if you liked the soundtrack of the first game.
