Is there anything comparable in difficulty to All intensive purposes from Escape goat? From reviews it seems the main game is mostly easy and I'm only interested in EG2 if there's a real challenge. With EG I felt that the real game only begun with the All intensive purposes levels.

Also, is there a level editor in EG2?

I haven't played the first EG but I just finished the second one and it had the right amount of challenge for me at least. I managed to rescue all the sheep once I put my mind to it in some of the later rooms that relied on perfect timing and proper placement of important elements.

I haven't seen a level editor just yet but maybe there will be one later?

Also, just how hard was All Intensive Purposes?

Diabolic. Its really a nice and hard challenge. You must use every possible trick in the game.

Split-second timing with practically zero margin of error. Well and thoroughly in "impossible" territory for an average gamer.
Hopefully an editor is coming soon. I can see Steam now has a workshop area with some custom levels, so hopefully they will release one for the non-steam versions too.

I actually thought it was not that hard. I would say 50% of the levels I beat in less than 3 tries, 30% in less than 10 tries, 15% in something around 30 tries, and 5% I had to look at a youtube video for solution (and these cases it was usually one specific move I was missing or couldn't figure out).

That does not seem ridiculously hard. It took me under 7 hours to beat the game and I ended up looking on youtube (cheating) for maybe 4 levels at most.

Uh... I think you may be mistaken about what we were talking about there. All Intensive Purposes are the secret levels in Escape Goat 1, and they are brutally difficult. If you seriously beat most of these in under three tries, then you're some kind of platforming god. (link).

Oh, sorry my bad. I thought it was EG2, as implied by the title of the post. I wasn't referring to secret levels. I guess I will have to go back and try those.
