Hey, just played my first game back in about 15 years, loved every second! However, my population capped out at 187 when I had selected 750. Building houses didn't raise the population limit at all, therefore greatly impacting game play. Is this a glitch? One-off? Am I gonna have to tamper with the game files? Is it fixable? Everything else was working perfectly for me.

I'm an idiot! I forgot the cap includes other civs, so the number you pick is split between however many other civs there are. Doh! it really has been a LONG time since I played this!
