Im just wondering what i should have these settings on for optimal play
Im referring to stuff like overlay,surface,direct draw and advanced settings that can be found in the graphic mode setup

right off the bat my cutscenes are choppy.

The cutscenes are designed to be choppy. They were on original hardware as well. That is not a matter of DOSBox settings.

I have attached screenshots of my settings. Game itself runs smoothly. Cutscenes are still choppy, though.
