I'd like to play Strahd's Possession on my laptop; the game runs fine, but this laptop doesn't have a keypad, and the game doesn't seem to know what to do about that (I know it's old). I have movement keys (the arrow keys), but only one turning key (PageUp).

I know you can play this game entirely with the mouse, but if there's a way to just reassign the keys, it'll be a lot nicer.

I.
As far as i remember you can't change the bindings ingame and the manual doesn't describe any options to do so but the old DD-games could be mooded a lot via Hexeditor, never tried to change the controls but you could give it a try.

II.
You don't need the keypad, you can use the arrows instead, or use the Onscreenmovment or use the free Mousemovement. Arrows+mouse for turning worked the smoothest for me.

Edit:
If you play and finish it, please send me a note because i couldn't never finish it because of Bugs. Would be nice to know if they now run without greater problems.

Many laptops have a numpad in their letter part of the keyboard, that can be activated with a function key.

I've finished the GOG version of the game (VER 1.2A) several times. Aside from the occasional living wall in the lesser caverns beneath Barovia bugging, I haven't noticed any game breaking bugs.

It's using DOSBox so yes you can remap the keys.
