hello to all,
I am really enjoying my copy of Duke Nukem 3D. The only problem is that after a bit of playing my game freezes up, and I have to control/alt/delete to get out of the freeze. Win7 thinks it is my ATI drivers, but I updated to the most recent ones from the AMD site. I am using eduke as it was easiest to configure to WASD which I must have to play an FPS these days. Does anybody else have this problem? My system is win7 with 4 gigs of ram, ATI 5850, e6850, and it is stable. I can play Warhead for hours with no freeze but Duke not so much! Go figure. Anyway thanks for your time to read my post.
Try changing the texture filtering mode to linear or nearest.

If that doesn't work it might mbe because the new ATI drivers aren't friendly with the opengl environment eduke uses. You need to roll back your drivers to 10.5
