is there a chance gog can pickup the original two duke games. since apogee went under i hope they can snag the entire lineup.

Apogee is fine. It's 3D Realms that went broke, and the latest news is they're only mostly dead.
You'd think Apogee/3D Realms would be open to it. It's not like they couldn't use the money :)

I'm betting any new deals with Apogee (the new Apogee now has the publishing rights for the entire 3DRealms backlog) will have to wait until all the the legal hubbub concerning 3DRealms and DNF is settled.
