Any idea why Dragonspere shows twice on my GOG accounts page? I can't find any way to reomove the extra one from my account.

It's probably just a browser error. Have you tried clearing your cache and loading the page again? If that doesn't work and there really is a second copy of it, only the GOG staff can remove it and they don't work weekends, so you can e-mail them, but chances are nothing will happen till at least Monday.
