Hello,

Posting this in case someone is looking for this information. I managed to get DA:O working on my new MacBook Pro 16" with a M1 Max chip (32-core GPU, 64GB RAM).

Configuration:
Mac OS 12 Monterey running Parallels Desktop 17 running Windows 11 ARM Insider Preview.

GOG Galaxy installed fine, as did Dragon Age, and synced cloud saves from my previous PC laptop. When running it the first time I got a message that a PhysX dll was missing. Finding the DAOrigins executable and marking it to run as admin solved the problem.

The game runs absolutely flawlessly at 1080p with every possible setting at maximum, and the fan didn't turn on even once during a two-hour play session, the laptop stayed completely silent. It's astonishing.

Hey, trying to run in on 14" M1 Pro (10-core) and getting perfect performance with max graphic settings.
BUT, CPU temperature is around 90 degrees Celsius and fans are ~4000 RPM

Do you have similar?
Is it ok for gaming?

Sorry I just saw that, yes, laptop is getting a bit hot when gaming, but nothing crazy. The CPU can be at 90C without issues. It's sure that the 16" has better ventilation and more space for components than the 14", it's one of the reasons it's more performant event with the same M1/M2 chip.
