With the release of the game right around the corner, I was just wondering if Larian or GOG have announced what time we would be able to start downloading and playing original sin 2 on the 14th.

Also, does anyone know if downloading the current EA version will reduce the download size for the full game?

While it is an excellent thing to have such dedicated employees with a videogame company that is taking full responsibility for their games and supporters, it kind of sucks that it is not the norm as too many companies in this industry are extremely abusive towards the very patrons that support them!
