I'm trying to complete the "Adapt or Perish" quest. Claire at BioTech has told me to go see Finch at 112 Fixer's Hope. I know what's up with him, though, since I completed the "Unaccounted For" quest. Unfortunately, I can't seem to tell A.J. that Finch is dead. When I go back to her, the only option is to come back when I have more information. How can I let her know what happened to Finch so that this quest can proceed?
