You can't access old saves, if you had these dlcs as a result.
Also the classic revolver and classic outfit were something I used in every playthrough.

The ability to access the "stash" is also removed, so you can't get the revolver even if the DLC did work, which it doesn't.

The store page for this game on GOG specifically says you get the DLCs too.

OH FFS, They were ONE TIME things they're NOT there IF you bought the game on steam then here!

steam version and GOG version ARE DIFFERENT VERSIONS!

You do get the DLC's the revolver and classic outfit were something only the steam version had!

Gamestop had a different version too

Unfortunately it's the way it is!

The Covert Agent Pack contains the following:
Intruder Gear. If you prefer to take the silent route, the Intruder gear provides you with custom skinned versions of Adam’s trench coat and Pistol from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Become a ghost in the wind, sneaking past any obstacle without so much as a glance in your direction.
Enforcer Gear. Just want to power your way through your opponents? The Enforcer gear contains custom skinned versions of Adam’s Combat Armor and Combat Rifle from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. This pack will help to get you out of a tight spot, leaving only bullet holes in the wake of your onslaught.
Classic Gear. Go back to your roots with the Classic gear, granting you in-game access to Adam’s iconic Combat Armor, Trench Coat, and Revolver from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. No matter the path you choose, you’ll be sure to turn a few heads with your unparalleled style.

Have you asked support about this? Maybe S/E just screwed up the version they gave to GOG?

Do you mean you can't access the stash with an old save from the steam version or you can't access the stash at all on the GOG version? I'm wondering if they build the game different so maybe save incomparability could explain some of it like for example Darksider 2 Deathinitive edition has saves incompatible between the GOG & Steam versions of the game

You don't know what the fuck you are talking about. The Outfit DLC and the Classic Revolver can be used infinite amount of times. The Outfit DLC is accessed through the pause menu. The Revolver DLC is accessed through the stash. You send a copy of the revolver to your inventory through the stash. The stash itself was gutted from the game along with the micro transactions. The only "one time" items are praxis kits, credits, ammo and crafting parts. Even if they were one time use, if they were installed, I would be able to load my old saves, which are compatible except for the missing DLCs.

You can't access old saves with the stash because it highlights the saves as red, saying "you don't have this DLC installed, reinstall it and then try to load."

The saves otherwise are compatible. You just move your saves from the steam user folder to the new one in Documents and they load. GOG made a mistake and didn't include the Classic and other two outfit dlcs.

One piece of info I can give you is S/E kind of screwed up the dlc for this game on steam. If you bought the dlc the season pass steam says you don't own the tactical and assault packs (though you do get them in the game). It makes me wonder if they have 2 identical dlcs with the same name.

Might be worth contacting support if the store page says you should get all the costumes and other stuff but aren't.

It does say on the store page "Buy Deus Ex: Mankind Divided now and receive the following bonus content FREE:

“Desperate Measures” extra in-game mission
Covert Agent Pack (Intruder Gear, Enforcer Gear and Classic Gear + 1 Praxis Kit + 1000 Credits)"

[I assume just copied from the steam store page]
It seems like there's something wrong in general with the Non-Galaxy installer for the Season Pass because even after deleting all my saves, I can't access any of the DLC. It just says "Unknown" next to them on the menu and I can't select them.

Crap, sorry to hear that. Sounds like something is messed up somewhere. In theory the galaxy & offline installers should be identical but it sounds like something which GOG tech support should be helping you sort out.

Maybe they got sent incompatible install packages for the base game & season pass.
I'm having the same issue with missing DLC and Steam version saves not being loaded. I am using the offline backup installers, no GOG Galaxy at all. In my case, the saves can't be loaded because the "Tactical" DLC pack is missing, even though the store page advertises its inclusion.

Loading an early save, I can see that the Micro Assembler augmentation is missing, which would have been part of the Tactical pack.

The missing Storage tab in the inventory is where the DLC weapons (which are persistent) and one-time use items (Praxis, credits, ammo) would have been. I'm not sure why GOG advertises the "Covert Agent Pack (Intruder Gear, Enforcer Gear and Classic Gear + 1 Praxis Kit + 1000 Credits) " and "The “Assault” and “Tactical” packs, which include various weapons and items" when these items can't even be redeemed in-game.

I also don't have the classic Human Revolution outfits, nor am I able to load any of the DLC missions.

Something definitely went wrong with the GOG version of this game.
But what if you start a new game? Can you access this stuff if you've got a fresh install / new game?

Apparently not ... the "Storage"-tab in the inventory is missing and you can't switch outfits because there are none.

It seems that GOG fudged it up with the DLC ... like some wrote in here.

Does the problem only occur when you install with the offline files? I installed it via GOG Galaxy and the storage tab in my inventory is present and I can also select between the different costumes.

Interesting ... I too installed it via the Galaxy client.

Maybe there is some error on my side:
Is the DLC installed automatically or do I need to install it separately?

If its the latter than, yeah, definitely my error.
(And: Why though?)

I just managed to make my storage and the costumes disappear. I took one weapon out of the storage, closed the game and started it again. Now my recent save file was red and I couldn't load it because it says it depends on two missing DLCs. In an earlier save the storage was gone and no other costumes were available. Always used the desktop shortcut. But when I started it once more through the Galaxy client I could load my most recent save file again and the stuff was back. It also remained there when I launched it directly via the .exe.
Can't reproduce the problem one more time. That's weird. I don't know what's causing it.

I simply installed it only via the Galaxy client, nothing else.

There are two offline installers for Mankind Divided available. The first one is the main game and the second one is for the season pass DLC.

setup_deus_ex_mankind_divided_1.19_(37718) - 35 GB
setup_deus_ex_mankind_dividedtm_dlc_-_season_pass_1.19_(37718) - 10 GB

So, I started t new game with the GOG Version DX:MD Deluxe and can confirm that you get the following

Storage on Inventory Screen:

I can confirm that yout get:
10mm EE Pistol
Classis 357 Magnum
EE Battle Rifle
EE Combat Rifle
EE Tranq Rifle

Micro Assembler Aug (after sequence with Koller)

Outfits from the Setting-Menu:
Tactcal Armor:
Classic
Enforcer
Nodern

Civ. Trenchcoat
Classic
Intruder
Modern

Apartment-Stash:
5 Tranq Ammo
5 Stun Gun Ammo

After the sequence with Koller you have 11 Praxis Kits to start. Seems you do not get any other consumable on top of that.

Shop is gone, of course.

I cannot remember how much you got with the Deluxe-Steam Version, since it a bit ago since I played it.
