I'm also looking for a manual if anyone knows where one can be found. My wife is playing this game currently and it's evidently very different in several ways from the first game and the in game help doesn't seem to be thorough enough. Searches online have not been very successful either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't been able to find a manual for Cultures 2 either.
However I do have one for 4. (8th Wonder of the World)

There seems to be virtually no difference mechanically between Cultures 2, 3 or 4. Aside from different campaigns.
I actual prefer Cultures 2 the most because it has more and better freeplay missions.

Looking through that manual there are very few things that don`t apply to the second game, such as Dragons.

I will upload the manual, but somebody please tell me if that`s considered illegal or something, since I`m not sure if the manual is part of the copyright, if it would be considered pirating or something.

It seems to have some decent information, though the game still has a decent sized learning curve.

Sort of necroposting, I know, but it took me long enough to find the dang manual that I thought it worth it to post here.

I have no idea why GOG doesn't include the manual for Cultures 2.
