I can't for the life of me figure this out. I've seen people with custom names but how do you enter them? While indoctrinating a new follower I press every button on the controller with the name highlighted, nothing happens. I used the Steam overlayed keyboard, nothing. I grabbed a physical keyboard to see if that does anything, but nope

I saw a clip of someone entering a name, it popped up an overlayed keyboard on their PS5. It might do this on Steam in Big Picture Mode as well? I suppose the API to automatically overlay a keyboard would be missing on the GOG version which I have but I feel a physical keyboard should work for entering names as well... I feel like a total idiot who's missing something obvious

I haven't played the latest few updates, so I'm not sure if this is applicable anymore:

You have to highlight/click the name field, and then type with a keyboard. There is no in-game keyboard overlay for GOG's version (and I have no idea if the Steam version has this function)

Yeah, it's annoying and obtuse. And as I said, I'm not sure if the devs fixed this yet, but I hope they consider it.
