Heil, Blitzkrieg fans! :)

For you who own this Blitzkrieg Anthology from GOG, does it includes both Mission Barbarossa and Mission Kursk? If it doesn't, do you think it's possible that GOG will add them in the future?

For info:
Mission Barbarossa
Mission Kursk

Thanks. :)

Hello!
It doesn't include these missions, same as Blitzkrieg Anthology that was released on DvD. Who knows, maybe there is a chance they will add it :)
Too bad. :(

I hope GOG consider this.

Thanks for the reply. :)

Those addons will never be included, because they are inofficial. All games here don't include inofficial 3rd party content.

You're right. I just checked again and I saw "unofficial" in the package box pictures. But they're on CDV's website, the game's publisher.

Some of the GOG games do include 3rd party mod or unofficial patches, don't they? For example MM IX, Panzer General II.

I can't answer that, since I don't own those two games, but I highly doubt GOG included inofficial addons. I think they don't do it, because very often 3rd party content isn't that good qualitywise.

Panzer Elite Special Edition contains lot of unofficial stuff, but again same as DvD version

The examples that I mentioned are patch mods to be precise. Such games are usually abandoned by the devs while still having (often crucial) bugs and the games still have/had many active players, still quite popular. So such mods can be considered of high value.

Mission Barbarossa/Kurks addons are additional campaign, scenarios. Bonus, additions are always nice. I don't see why they can be considered of low quality, unimportant, or uninteresting.

Maybe it's not only GOG's decision, but also the publisher. Perhaps it's a pricing issue.
Ah crud, wish I had seen this first

Really do hope they get these, if they do I'll totally buy the pack.

Kursk and Barbarossa are in my opinion the best "versions" of blitzkrieg

Barbarossa and Kursk are actually both in many ways superior to the base game :-)

I am glad I only wrote "very often" in my initial response... :)
