You can force a different resolution through dosbox, but may not get expected results. Try changing the following values in the game's own ...dosbox.conf file.

output=ddraw
fullresolution=1024x768
aspect=true
scaler=hq2x

I'm guessing there is no source port for these like Duke or Doom or what-have-you?

Since the source code to both Blake Stone games wasnt released, no, there's no source port.
I guess its time to start spamming apogee/3DR headquarters then! :)

According to Joe Siegler the reason that we don't have the source for the Blake stone games is because the JAM guys seems to have lost the floppies with the code.on them the only Woilfenstine 3D code out there is the original and the code for ROTT and those were still in the possession of the Developers. e-mailing them will not get it out since Apogge does not have the source whats left of jam does. the issue is that the W3D engine is locked to one screen Resolution

currently Mike Maynard one of the programmers is working for ID now.
The real reason the source of Blake Stone was not released is two issues:

1. Legal concerns with Apogee & GOG.
2. The original floppies had bit rot - However the sources of Planet Strike were discovered and sitting on a CD/DVD currently.

We have been tossing around the idea of doing a port of the game to other platforms (XBOX, Android, IPhone, etc) however the time and effort involved is out of budget with other projects. Not to mentiod issue #1 still remains.

Thanks for helping make Blake Stone! It was the first game I ever completed as a kid.

This makes me sad on so many levels :(((

Blake stone was no where near as big as DOOM/ wolf 3d was. ID owned the wolf 3d code so it eventually was GPL-ed while Apogee owned the code to ROTT and the build engine and packaged them. for GPL distro. apogee did go and buy some of the rights of there older titles like rott but the stone rights may be split between JAM and Apogee.
Look here, http://maniacsvault.net/ecwolf/
More precisely, "Support for even more Wolfenstein engine games is planned for the future! (I know you're all waiting for Blake Stone support.)"
