I always thought the name of the game was "Blade: The edge of darkness"

Anyway, i am looking images with both names.

That name was used in Spain, out of our country the game was named "Severance: Blade of Darkness"

I suggest to use the name "Severance: Blade of Darkness" because it seems much more well known.

That's what I mentioned in the release thread; perhaps the change will come. (The title on the gamepage appears to be Photoshop work, since you can't select it; they'll need to get the designers on this if it is to happen.)

I think the name was changed out of Spain due to legal issues with the comic and film vampire saga, Blade.

It was released as Severance: Blade of Darkness in the UK

It is called Severance: Blade of Darkness also in the nordic countries. And in wikipedia.

So please change the name or at least add a clarification in the description of the game, it would be very helpful.

Yes, the game has several legal problems related to the "BLADE" movie etc.

Why not XD, anyway i recognized the game the moment you published it, so I ran to the "add to cart" button :P

It was the weirdest thing. I've owned two copies of this game. First, a budget release that I played on my old Pentium 4 machine a decade ago. Then, I misplaced the disc and bought a second hand copy on eBay for £3 or something (and which I still have). But needing the disc in was a bit of a hassle and I never liked using no-CD hacks for some reason.

So, having been using GOG since its beta and seeing the great job they did with System Shock 2, I thought I'd vote for Severance: BOD to come on the service. It only had a small number of votes, so I didn't hold out hope. Not even a month later and I log in and see it on the landing page. Spooky!

Wouldn't be easier make the search function sensible to the term Severance instead of changing the name of the game and making it such a confuse mess?
