Now that this game is available for Mac, is there any info available on how the Mac port was made? GOG said in their post about the new Mac games that some of them use Wine. Is that true for Blackwell? Or is there a version of AGS for Mac now? Or is this something completely different?

Depending on the answer, does this mean that there will be Mac versions for other Wadjet Eye games soon?

There are a few posts about this question in the general forum but I thought this might have slightly higher visibility for the developers.

There was no actual porting of the game. We basically made an app that uses Wine in order to run. AFAIK, there is no Mac port of AGS at this time.

If you'll examine the files for the app, you should see the original Windows extensions and all.
I don't own this game but I own other Wadjet Eye games so I was interested in potential applications of what happened here for other games.
Ah is Wine why the game is nearly twice the size on the Mac, compared to the Windows version.

Yes, Wine is the reason for the doubled size :)

I downloaded and compiled AGS from https://github.com/adventuregamestudio/ags and used that to play the Blackwell games. Apart from a minor graphical glitch in one scene in Blackwell Epiphany, I don't remember having any problems with them.
