Grab his gear. Go to a temple and pay to have him raised.

Unless he got completely obliterated (his portrait is not grayed but gone). Then you're out of luck.

This happens if your reputation is very low. Other good aligned NPCs leave forever, but Imoen cares too much for you to do so.
