It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hey guys i recently bought BG2 through GOG, but i cant even run the game. I have downloaded this game 3 times now but ever time i try to run the installer i get the same error message:

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

Any help solving this problem would be much appreciated thanks.

You need to download all three files (two .bin files and an .exe) and have them in the same folder. Then run setup.exe to install.

From the error you posted it seems like you're not running the .exe to start the installer.
Also, sometimes the GOG downloader doesn't rename the .exe file properly, so it's usually easiest to download that file through your browser.
I am having the same problem. Do you have to put them in an entirely new folder by themselves? Do you have to re-install them? Please reply!

You don't have to put the files in a new folder, it only matters that they are in the same folder.

Make sure you have the three files correctly named :

setup_baldurs_gate_2.exe
setup_baldurs_gate_2-1.bin
setup_baldurs_gate_2-2.bin
