if anyone else got this for anything, i got it for baldurs gate. what do i do

I'm guessing you got this message during the file integrity check.

Your download didn't go well - the file is corrupted or has parts missing.

Clear your cache and download the files again.

Been getting this on every attempt to download BG2 core files, though all other GoG downloads have gone fine (including the BG2 addons). This happens whether using the downloader (which has the most recent update) or manually (manually I can get the 2.3M setup file fine, then it fails on part 2 with a corrupt .bin file). I've cleared cache, emptied the gog.com folder, verified the .NET framework setup etc, all to no avail. And again, this is only occuring with downloads of the BG2 core files, everything else on GoG has been working fine for me.

one more thing to try - rename the file for download (and then name it back to its original name after downloading). Sometimes, even when clearing cache, the download stops before the download is complete and the pc assumes that's the total file size for next time too (no idea why but it's happened to me before).

Flushing the DNS resolver cache might help too.

The downloader is crashing for me as well. "checksum error on chunk 1"
