Because I've been wanting to just nerd rant for days about this series and none of my friends play it anymore. LOL.

What do you like most about it?
Where do I start? Epic story and NPCs! Up to 6 characters under my control! Working out the best balance of classes and optimal gear usage!

I'm starting up a new Tutu multiplayer game, making the party all myself. I play with NPC's usually, but for this purpose I wanted to design my own party. I have put great thought into this party and it goes as such:

Human Ranger (protagonist)
Human Inquisitor
Any Race Kensai
Human Berserker
Half-orc Fighter/Thief
Gnome Cleric/Illusionist

At start of BG2 I'm dualling a couple over so it'll look like this:

Human Ranger>Cleric (still protagonist)
Human Inquisitor
Any Race Kensai
Half-orc Fighter/Thief
Human Berserker>Mage
Gnome Cleric/Illusionist

Throw FoA and Crom on my Cleric>Ranger, Carsomyr on my Inquisitor, Angurvadal and Blackrazor on my Kensai, Strong Arm (or Gesen) and SotR on my Fighter/Thief, an assortment of throwing weapons and shield on my Berserker>Mage, and Erinne Sling and shield on my Cleric/Illusionist! That's my dream team.

What would your dream team look like?
Also, how many of you contemplate making NPC's for this game? I mean, not a lot of people play anymore, there is hardly a point to it, but I keep wanting to script one up and enlist a local theater geek to voice it. LOL. I just can't imagine enough people ever using it to be worth the effort. *shrug*
Dunno, how many people would it take for it to be worth the effort?
There's still an amount of people playing this (again and again and again :)

I'd imagine quite a few would be interested in a new well made NPC,
the word gets around. On a same note, not many would be interested in a
badly made NPC and the word gets around even quicker.
