Cheats/mods/tomes whatever, i just need 1 more wisdom so i can dual class my fighter, i started a game, got to level 9 then realised i put 16 wisdom like a moron

so is there a way to raise it by 1?
There are some legit ways to increase your wisdom, but one is only available at the end of SoA and one is pretty deep down into the Watcher's Keep... so they aren't likely to be of much use to you right now.

You can just use Shadowkeeper to edit your stats directly, or you can use the console to create BOOK08, which is the BG1 wisdom tome. (The tomes aren't available ingame except through the console, but they still exist in the game files.) If you haven't installed the fixpack, though, I think that might be one of the glitched ones. A couple of the tomes don't work in the base game because they're mis-categorized as "real" books instead of usable items.
shadowkeeper worked, thanks
Note: Dualing from a Ranger instead of a Fighter would have allowed you access to both cleric and druids spells.

Yes, but you can't dual-class from ranger kits and you miss out on weapon mastery, so it's not always the best choice. Besides, ranger/clerics have more 7th level spells than there's room for in the spell screen, so you miss out on Symbol, Stun unless you manually remove something useless like Storm of Vengeance using an editor.
All true. I DO use SK to remove a lesser spell from the book. Multiclass negates most of these issues, but then you're looking at subpar spell progression and turn dead... everything's a trade off. Thought I'd throw it out there in case OP didn't know.
If you use TobEx mod you can get scroll bars on the spell book pages. I turned them off though as I've not needed them yet. (TobEx however is recommended to be installed first, before the Fixpack)
