Ghello: Besides LAN, can you still play BG I and II online? If so, how? If not aww man.
I can't even get it to work for an offline multiplayer game. The in-game text says I can create a party of my own characters if i start a multiplayer game and assign all characters to myself. But if I set it to serial it does nothing and I can't advance the screens. If I set it to Tcp it freezes when I hit Done.

Annoying because I had a fantasy of playing a group of all barbarians pretending it was the movie The Thirteenth Warrior (really one of the only half-way decent movies about Barbarians/Vikings)
The multiplayer does still work. If you want to play actual multiplayer (ie with at least one other person) it is recommended that you use GameRanger.

Also (this applies to both of you) when you try to start a multiplayer game, you have to be in windowed mode (alt-enter) when you hit Done to get it to work. As soon as it opens the character screen, you can go back to fullscreen.

Yeah, 'GameRanger' works perfectly with BG1/BG2/BGTutu and BGT.
