Quite some time ago I got a request in Krasnoznamenny to follow a cult to Otradnoye and report on their activities. They were not in Otradnoye when I got there and have never been there in the several times I have revisited. I have been all over the map and in every area without ever encountering them. I got this request from a man in the village just outside of the walled city. Anyone know what this is about?

They're supposed to be standing next to a rock formation outside the town to the south (the same side the pond is on). Took me a while too, as I would expect a preacher to go preach where there's actual people.

Well I looked for them because I expected them to be in town - so when they weren't there I just scanned around the map, figuring they had to be somewhere.

I did expect them to be inside the town though - I thought the "tour" was supposed to be an attempt to get followers, not just talking crap to the converted. Then again, she is a total kook (though she can be a lot of fun later... ;)).
