OK, that's really not fun. The game still crashes on Win 7 after all these years? I am using the build 31408559 and already veryfied the instalation, twice.
I use an Radeon R9 380 and an AMD FX 9370.

Have you tried installing Arx Libertatis?
It should solve compatibility problems this game sometimes has.

Yes, I did and it workd. But, I think it would be better if this wasn't necessary for a game that is on GOG for so long.

Yes, but I believe GOG isn't allowed to endorse a third party addon like that. Legal reasons. But I may be wrong.
