In 1905 and in 1912 Rudyard Kipling published two science fiction stories that are both set in the 21st century in the same universe. These were the only Science Fiction stories he wrote throughout his long career.

I haven't actually read them yet, but they seem to deal with flight in Zeppelin-like aircraft and an organization created to manage air traffic for the whole world. The first one is illustrated.

Since it is set in a then future but now parallel universe of our own and is very reminiscent of the time it was written, Victorian england, I think it could be of interest to those that liked Arcanum's setting.
