I got this game a few days ago. Put the mods i saw in the guide (high res, unofficial patch etc).

Put a 1440x900 res and run the game and it doesn't fill the full screen. It takes about half of my screen centered in the middle. I changed the resolution to 1280x1024 but its the same thing. No idea how to make it full the entire screen. Any help?

What's your monitors native resolution? Also does your monitor have a selectable scaler on it? Mine for instance can be set so it does not zoom smaller resolutions than it's native one. So the image would appear smaller than the screen size. I should probably also ask is the image distorted or is just smaller?

This sounds like it could also be caused by your video card settings. Somewhere in your video card control panel there should be something about "flat panel scaling" or similar. Under that there's options for "don't scale", "scale to fill screen" and "scale but preserve aspect ratio". If you're set to "don't scale", smaller resolutions will appear as small windows inside the fullscreen, just as you are experiencing. If you have "scale to fill screen" you'll stretch the image to fill your screen which may cause it to be distorted. If you've set it to preserve aspect ratio it should fill most of your screen but with some black bars on the sides such that the display area retains the original aspect ratio... I recommend this last option.

I did put the scaling option to full screen, its still the same. Maye its one of the mods? Should i just uninstall and reinstall again without the high res, or unofficial patch?

Well problem solved i guess. Its only the intro and option screen that does it , inside the game its full screen.

No i didn't. I just did not check in game before posting since both the cutscene and the menu screens where small.
