In my arcanum game in the god's blessing quest the offering for the first god, Ter'el, I can't find the elven statue Li'tani. I have check walkthroughs and they all say that you buy it from the elven trader in Ashbury, down by the docks but it never appears in his shop. Does anyone know where I can find it?

They should sometimes appear in almost any elven trader's inventory, such as a general store or magic shop. Those that just sell clothes or herbs are unlikely to have one.
The best bet is still the trader in Ashbury. Keep resetting his inventory until he gets one, if you're willing.
