I'm running Vista 64 bit with the UAP and High res patch installed. However this was an issue before I added the patches as well.
I didn't see this topic on here before I added it, so if this has already been addressed, forgive me.
Basically the cursor either has a black box around it or it 'picks up' the background the cursor is sitting on. I've tried changing the display settings under properties for the game...but no dice.
Any advice would be great :)

In the game shortcut (Right-click shortcut, Click Properties), on the Shortcut tab, Add -no3d -doublebuffer at the end of the Target path.
Your target path in the game shortcut should look something like this -
"C:\Program files\GOG.com\Arcanum\Arcanum.exe" -no3d -doublebuffer
Also make sure you have "Run as administrator" checked in the game shortcut under the Compatibility tab.
Your path may be different depending on where you installed it so just add the -no3d -doublebuffer at the end of your Target path.

Now that there is GOG Galaxy, how do you do this? As far as I can tell, there is no way to modify the giant PLAY button, to change the location codes of the shortcut. To even find the shortcut. Do you change the cfg file?
