I have never played AW (Out of this World as it was known to me growing up). I always thougt it looked interesting, and this version GOG has is great.
To be honest, my patience and interest in gaming in general lately has ben rather low as I get older, especially older games. That being said, I love this verson of AW. It feels like it's been touched up so that it looks as good to me now as it did back then in magazine pictures. I believe the game had no save system in the past, so this version is much easier for someone like me.
I am at the undersea caves in the beginning, and while I do find the game terribly frustrating at times, it gives of a great vibe. Almost a Star Wars swashbuckling adventure feel. Good game for sure.
