Hey good folks, I need your help.

I can't get Amnesia to launch. Instead, I get "FATAL ERROR: Renderer #0 could not be initialized" message. I have checked my graphics drivers, I've scanned the computer discs, I've submitted a support ticket (and heard back exactly nothing).

I'd love you play this game.

Thanks so much for your help. I tried to the site you suggested, but Intel doesn't offer any different drivers for Windows 7 Home Premium (64) systems, so that won't work to solve my issue. I greatly appreciate your help, though!

You have an Intel Graphics card then. Is it a supported model ? It supports OpenGL 2.1.0 or above ?

The system requirements for the game say that integrated intel chips aren't supported and you probably have one. I was able to make it work with an integrated chipset by updating the driver. Go to device manager, open your display adapter, right click and update. Hopefully it works.
