Could some one help me, I followed the readme and everytime I try opening the game it crashes.

See if there's a file ERROR.LOG in Albion directory and check the content - it may contain indication of what's wrong.

Also it might be helpful to write what you exactly did - to see if you followed the readme correctly.

The most obvious starting errors I could think off would be to try to run Albion without administrator rights.
It needs to be run with administrator rights.
