I have slow and inconsistent responses when scrolling my screen. The issue occurs when using both mouse or key binds. I also experience this when creating selection boxes. I use the keybind to select my entire party instead since quickly creating a selection box is not an option. I should note that I run the game perfectly with none of the performance issues I've seen mentioned elsewhere.

My Google searches and Steam's discussion page haven't turned up anything useful so I thought I'd ask you folks.

The issue was RadeonPro. Deleting the Vsync profile I created for the game did not help but is a necessary step in fixing this issue. Disabling global API monitoring or closing out of RadeonPro entirely fixes the problem.

Good to hear it! Just finished up playing the game and I hadn't experienced anything like this - I know I had a lot of fun so I was hoping you'd get this resolved and be able to (hopefully!) enjoy it as much as I did
