I think that filenames should be normalized to explain what exactly I mean I will quote a post I recently made in the forums:

Now according to that scheme I would deem: setup_the_witcher3_dlc15_2.0.0.37.exe an updated version of New Finisher Animations (setup_the_witcher3_dlc15_2.0.0.34.exe) if I do not look into my witcher folder for some weeks or even days.

This should be done with all titles GoG has to offer. The naming scheme above has not only the problem that the 'counter' in the dirname (/downlink/dlc_9/) and basename (witcher3_dlc15) mismatch and thus are misleading.
This scheme (in the current state) could easily lead to overwriting Newgame+ with New Finisher Animations (or vice versa, whichever gets uploaded first) IF both DLC's are ever patched onto the same version...
