Make a USD lock for games with pricing issues.

After the Nordic issue and the statement provided by the Nordic representative, it is clear that some games could not have regional fair price, threfore the best solution would be to make USD the only currency available for such games, it might not benefit those who really got something out of the regional price thing, but in the long term it would be better than losing a large portion of the catalog.

According to Nordic's statement, they are willing to renegotiate in the not so distant future, so this might work, I don't know about Frictional, but I hope they are willing to go on negotiations soon.

It's probably too late to do anything about that. Nordic and Frictional won't go back on their promise to remove their games from GOG, and all the other publishers seem okay with showing the price in EUR.
