Improve GOGmix editing reliability

While editing a large GOGmix (www.gog.com/en/mix/playonlinux_install_scripts), I've found two issues that can become huge pains on large and/or heavily commented mixes: - there's no protection against leaving the page without saving (like, hitting a dropdown list); - much worse, twice when saving nothing will happen. At that point, the list of games is lost (can be checked by opening the page on another tab). The update request should be validated then database update made transactional so this cannot happen, it's a huge, huge pain.

I personally keep a local copy of the page as a backup. Also, after a modification, I open the GOGmix page in another tab to check it has been updated without losing the page in my browser. That said, GOGmix editing seems to have been improved recently (save button replaced by a "wait" symbol while the changes are being saved, page refreshed with ?crr=y or something added to the URL) and I didn't experience the issue since then, I suppose it's not just luck.

i just lost a 70 games list with reviews, dont know why but plz improve gog mix...
