Forum server that won't crash under load

If the Insomnia Sale made one thing clear, then that the forum server is not handling high load very well. Sometimes it crashes, sometimes it shows an error page and sometimes it just silently drops new posts.

Some mechanism to get some cloud space for such peaks would be great!

I've just been trying to post a single post repeatedly for over half an hour without success. I realize things will calm down now that the Insomnia Promo has ended but this went beyond annoying I have to say so please do something about it!

Perhaps I should add what exact kinds of errors I get (besides silent drops of messages). There is the "Wé're overwhelmed by popularity of our service." and an outright "504 Gateway Time-out".

+1. It's a real issue. With the GOG community growing up and sales becoming wildly popular, this is gonna be a real issue that has to be taken care of.
