Since my last post got garbled with a website update - here's the link again that Falcom provides for the game. Hope at some point they can consider making available a GOG version to boost it's visibility along with Lord Monarch:

This game is actually available free and in Engrish from Falcom themselves on their main site - this should seriously be made available on GOG.com as a free game in both JPN and ENG!
