An awesome* hair-metal 3D space shooter, with sick barrel rolls and huge bosses. It came free with some 3DO units and I played it a lot. Love the soundtrack too. (* awesome by 80s gaming metrics, your awesome may vary)

Note, this was never a PC release, so it would likely have to come over as emulation. That makes it more unlikely.
