Yes. So yes. I remember my brother got this in one of those packs of games (probably in a sim pack along with Simcity), and he and I would take turns playing it... Ah, the memories :)

Always occured to me as strange, that they have SimCity 2000 but forgot about Streets of SimCity. Driving around and shooting on the streets of city you've built just seems a lot of fun, that keeps you playing both games more and more!
