www.gobedlam.com/ www.kickstarter.com/projects/skyshinegames/bedlam While still on development, this game promises to be a mix of FTL, The Banner Saga and X-COM ... The art-work is very appealing and the gameplay seems very promising.

Good luck... I bugged them about DRM free options during the kickstarter, they seemed pretty apathetic about it.

I saw Angry Joe giving it a try at Skyshine's studio, and I'm certain it would be impossible for anyone that has played any of the games tagged as examples by RetroBaer in this post, not to love Bedlam.
The only thing this game is lacking right now is the magic touch of GOG to make it DRM free (or Steam-free, which is pretty much the same) and allow it to be the perfect experience.

Agreed. This game seems to be of exceptional quality and it would be an absolute crime not to rescue it from the Steam dystopia.
