pelador Been trying all evening to find a way to get my original disk to run on Windows 10. There must be a way...
Bluecuda My favorite in the series, but unplayable from the CD on Windows 10. If the Unlimited version was available here, I would definitely but it.
armchairnixon I just found my old copy of SC3KU on CD, and I was very dismayed to find out it wouldn't run. PLEASE add this to GOG! I'd love to play it again.

Hobby_boy The original release of SimCity 3000 (before Unlimited/UK Edition) didn't have any disc related DRM like Safedisc or Securom, but Unlimited did have Safedisc.
I believe it did have a cd check though, as some of the content stayed on the cd, and wasn't copied over during installation.
It also works fine on Windows 10 x64.
MangoVortex no city builder has been able to beat this one in my eyes. to be able to play it again (legally) would be amazing. make it happen gog!

Aderhsi Please try to get this amazing game available in a digital format. I have an older cd version which doesn't work on my current system. It was the perfect middle game of the series. Better graphics and gameplay than 2000, but not with all the extra stuff in 4 that made that one too complicated for hours upon hours of just plain ole city-building. This was/ is my fave of the simcity games, and I'm really missing being able to play it.

Ddraigtanto I definitely agree. SC3K was my favourite of the series. I had the UK edition with all the lovely European and Asian city themes. If we did get SC3K, which would be wonderful, it'd ideally be something like that or the World Edition... I think that exists, right?

chihuahuazero SimCity 3000 is one of the defining simulations of my childhood.
ziesert 3000 music made it the best in the series, IMO.
piphil Odd that we have 2000 and 4, but no 3000. 3000 Had a reasonable balance of challenge and complexity, and I've spent more time playing it than any of its series' brethren. I would definitely buy a GOG release.
Bolly95 SimCity 3000 doesn't work on most (if any) systems that run Windows 10. Now I REALLY need it available on Origin or GOG.
keeper949 An old favorite of mine, I wish it worked on newer systems. SC4 was alot of fun, but SC3K Unlimited has a special spot for me.

Redhotsmasher This would be brilliant as GoG would probably be the only way to get a hold of the Linux version (yes, there was one) these days.
(Why 2K and 4 but no 3K? Makes as much sense as a store hypothetically selling say Age of Empires and AoE III but not AoE II.)
davidleerogers I would buy this game in a second. I loved SC2000 and couldn't really get into SC4, because I always liked the visuals in SC3KU the very best. The silly city advisors also had their charm for me.
