I'd love to see the original R-Type emulated to Windows, just as other arcade games have been. Perhaps my fave scrolling shooter.

Well, I indeed just bought the iOS version and must say that it is impossibly difficult on the touch interface. Please do add this game!

I remember this game from way back. It is out on Xbox 360 (in an updated version along with R-Type II) and on iPhone/iPod, but a pc-version would be awesome!
