Chrsn I actually consider this game to be superior to the first Max Payne--in terms of gameplay, graphics refinement and story. Not that I am taking anything away from that groundbreaking original. It's simply testament to how well put-together and enjoyable this sequel is.

Indigo96 I am pretty sure this is the game that i played the most in 2008 and 2009... it's insane actually how much i played it on a daily basis... i would finish it and then replay again again and again, and that explosives in slow motion, oh maaan.... Please GOG, PLEASE... I know Rockstar Games are hard to be convinced, but we believe in you!

Megacyclo The Max Payne series is definitely a classic and I see no reason except dumb ones that Remedy/Rockstar have not allowed GOG to republish the classic ones (I mean not selling MP I+II so that people would buy III makes no sense, for instance).

Avoozle Honestly I found the game disappointing after MP1 but I sure as hell take it over MP3. I can at least make myself ignore MP2's shortcomings unlike with MP3 which was just horrendous.

dirtyharry50 I've played Max Payne and just finished playing Max Payne 2 in preparation for Max Payne 3. Max Payne 2 is pure awesome just like the first one was. It would be great to have the series here, at least the first two of them if possible.

Fatal_Croissant I never touched Max Payne again after playing its sequel. Superior in every way and I can't for the life of me understand why it didn't sell better. Also, Late Goodbye by Poets of the Fall is one of my favourite songs!
ObjectiveReality MP2 never really got the love that MP did - despite, I think , being the superior game. Vastly improved writing, character and environment modeling, better plot. It's also nigh-impossible to find (even illegally) as it didn't sell as well as it ought to have. GOG shoul definitely get it.

AerinEvinz Another great game from Remedy. As far as I am concerned this is the end of the series. Nothing could possibly top the end of this game. I must have played this game to completion over 25 times since it was released. There's also some great mods out there, much like there are for the first Max Payne.
F4LL0UT Great game. Unlike many fans I enjoyed this one even more than the first one as the gameplay was somewhat more refined and the plot was even more mature. And it has Mona Sax taking a shower... BEST GAME EVER!
tylermccoon Amazing game, after the third game comes out next week I believe this came can definitely be considered a Good Old game.
