Go into scummvm, go to 'add game'. Set it to the directory were KQ6 is installed via GOG or other methods.

It will then allow you to choose between dos or windows versions. Choose the windows version. Then add the windows version to the game list in ScummVM's menu. Last click on the game in the list, and enjoy.
