TheGreatTave I never even heard of this game until I saw the arcade machines in the Shadow Warrior reboot. Checked it out and now I really want it. GOG, if you'll release it before steam puts it on sale you'll have my money ;)

Stevonidas There is no reason why Hard Reset should not be on GOG, given the success of Shadow Warrior DRM-free.
011284mm I own Hard Reset - Extended Edition on disk and the Kalipso DRM is easily avoided, you just disable the internet to play. A bit of a pain for some, but easily done.
As for the game, Hard Reset really should be here on GOG. It is a perfect example of a basic shooter. Fun to play with lots of monsters on screen, lots of explosions and just something enjoyable to pass a few hours.
pbaggers Did some research. The DRM-free Indie Royale download isn't the Extended Edition, and the retail version apparently does have mandatory activation BS. So yeah, finally getting a DRM-free Extended Edition would be great.
pbaggers This was DRM-free in one Indie Royale bundle. (The Indie Royale bundle I've ever gotten that had something worthwhile in it). Apparently, the disc-based version is also DRM-free.
Yet somehow, this isn't even on the Humble Store.

Roxolani Hard Reset is a Modern DOOM (or modern old school shooter). Something similar to Serious Sam. Flying Wild Hog stop flying on Steam and bring this game to GOG.com. I'm sure there are considerable number of GOG users who want to buy this FPS.
1322 I would love to see this game here, but my impression is that FWH treats Desura as non-existent, who has Hard Reset. Even though they sell the game there, the Exile DLC (which makes it on par with the Extended Edition) was only offered to steam users despite their website claiming "free to all owners." I don't think they care about anything else other than steam. I hope I'm wrong.

fronzelneekburm Created by the guys who did Shadow Warrior '13 (which is on GOG), distributed by the guys who distribute Omerta (which is also on GOG). Which begs the question: Why is this not on GOG?

Videotraf Seconding, excellent game, good for old farts looking for their dose of "shoot'em all" and for people liking game with stylish looks.
MichiGen This is ideal game for GOG. It's kinda Painkiller / Serious Sam title, and it was already in Indie Royale Bundle (DRM-Free installer). It would be nice if we'll get enhanced Hard Reset: Extended Edition.
