Love & Thunder It blows the DOS version right out of the water and stomps it into the ground, then digs it up so that it can vaporise it some more, before finally throwing it into the sun at 100,000,000,000,000 MPH. And I'll tell you why: It has all the levels from the normal versions plus an extra one, the Gamepad Support doesn't require going through a callibration system that doesn't work, and it works on all versions of Windows from Windows 95 and up.
Magmarock The special edition is not here on GOG why does it say completed.
Retrosymposium Please GOG team, we need the Special Edition. I've just played through the SegaCD version and it is really awesome. Maybe there are a couple things that were better on Genesis (certain sound effects, level intro screen,..) but overall, this is the ultimate version.
The graphics is really improved, animations are better, all levels have been tuned up in some way, the music is higher quality, there are new levels, new endings, level select feature,...
Unfortunately, playing the Windows 95 PC version is really a pain, the music stops when it reaches the end of the loop, you must use apps to enable a joypad, you can't go full screen....
Please, please, add the Special Edition version to the wonderful GOG collection!

acameron22 I have the original disk for Win95.. loved it. It is very difficult to get functional in modern Windows without using a virtual machine. If you ned a fix, I have found that the SegaCD version is the same game, but the Windows version did have more features like level selection which I really liked.
MINI91 I got the game on disc, and I want to have it digitally so I don't have to put my CD in my PC for the music.

Coolster why isn't this here and more importantly, why it has so little votes?
LPockets I really do wish this version was the one on GoG. It had the best graphics, sound, and music out of all the versions. It is even better than the HD remake on consoles; the music was especially a letdown and if I go see Video Games Live again, I should ask Tommy Tallarico what happened with that because frankly the SE had the best versions of his tracks.
