Ah! I lost so many hours with Cybermage! Awesome game, fascinating story/background and inspiring soundtrack! I still own the original CD with the manual and the indroductive comic book!

Great but forgotten game. A style all of it's own.

Bumbing up this topic: Cybermage: Darklight Awakening would be awesome at GOG. Games like this are forgotten treasures and should never forgotten.

I lost the original CD! I once had it original, damn! One of the best shooters ever! Bad advertizing (none of it, really), high system requirements, and high difficulty, made it into a sinking game and an unknown gem... One of the first shooters ever that someone was able to drive vehicles!

Reminds of bioshock, somewhat. Player gets weapons, skills (skills which can be upgraded later, like plasma bolts), energy bar and health bar... Damn! It is a SHAME not having THIS game, here. Plus, a D.W. Bradley game; those people who know the man, and other games he contributed in making, will dearly miss this work of his.

Plus, it spawned a comic. Which was in the physical box, too. Shut up, take my money, and bring this here right NOW! With added FULL mouse support, if possible, please...

This game was one of the most abmospheric shooters at the time but seems to have fallen under the radar. The few votes this game is getting on GoG's community wishlist really is a shame. I really want to see this on GoG

The OST is on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADO7zqPN7gc (we probably wouldn't get it on GOG, unfortunately)

I'd love to get my hands on the soundtrack of this. It's utterly impossible to get anything good (or anything at all) on the internet!

Origin Systems, always ahead of its time. This game built on the bones of System Shock, which was a commercial failure.

I still own my original CD for this but I would buy it from GOG in a split second. This game has such an incredible atmosphere!

It is an incredibly cool game. I have it, but I can't run it on my DOS machine with sound, and it would be cheaper to get the GOG experience than to buy an SB16 card. Although, I may be able to get it to go on this laptop with DOSBox; I'm hoping the P4 1.8 can be emulated down to a 486 DX4 100 and not a 486 SX 33 or worse, 25.

This game was very well put together for a game developed in the early 90s. It helped to further introduce adventure/exploration elements into FPS games and I'd say was similar in some respects to games like System Shock (but with simpler mechanics and a much greater action oriented design, hell it even had flying cars that you could drive.) Would have loved to see a sequel to this game, and although I'm sure EA still owns the rights to this game after absorbing Origin Systems it would be really nice to see it up here on GOG, I'd buy a copy.
